Delivery times

* Orders placed on 05/01/2024 until 12:00 noon will leave our premises on the same day. After that time, orders will leave our facilities on 08/01/2024.

Shipments will be made upon receipt of proof of payment of the order.

Unless otherwise agreed and subject to availability, you will receive your order within the following time frames by the carrier.

Orders placed after 14:00h, on weekends or on local holidays in Madrid or national holidays in Spain, will be understood to have been placed on the immediately following working day.

In shipments to territories outside the European Union we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incidents in customs clearance not attributable to us.

- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and volume of the package of your order. In international orders, the price of fuel will be taken into account so the rate may change.

- Delivery times are approximate.

- The time may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Pontejos.

- In the services of STORE COLLECTION will have 14 days for withdrawal. After this time it is considered that waives its collection not admitting any return of your purchase.

- The STORE COLLECTION service will be carried out at the store in Sol (Plaza de Pontejos nº2). You will not have to wait in line.

- In the case that your shipment is returned to sender for reasons beyond Pontejos will have a period of 7 days to resolve the situation before considering your order as renounced.

- In the case of requiring a new shipment of your order you will have to pay twice the shipping cost that you paid. In the case of wanting to return the products that admit it, the shipping costs that you paid will be subtracted from the cost of the return of your order.

- In the case of loss, theft, damage or any other incident in your order by your transport agency, Pontejos has no responsibility.

- In the event that your merchandise arrives broken you will be asked for a detailed photo of the packaging of the shipment and a detailed photo of the broken product for subsequent review in our incident service.
