Prym pom-pom making set

Everyone is familiar with pom-poms from those old pom-pom caps. These soft wool pom poms can decorate a scarf or become little wool animals. Prym's pom pom pom set allows you to create pom poms in 4 different sizes: 3 cm, 4.5 cm, 5.5 cm and 9 cm. Each of the sturdy plastic rings consists of four parts, two of which can be combined into a half ring and wrapped with the wool yarn. In the next step, connecting pins combine both halves and the wool is cut along the groove between the ring panels. Finally, a strand of wool is pulled tight in the groove, knotted and the ring is removed. A few embellishments are made for that finishing touch, and the pompom is finished.
